Full land and site surveying (topographic, boundary, level surveys), soil and site-condition reports, site feasibility studies, and preliminary site mapping to inform design and costing. Deliverables are CAD/GIS-ready with actionable recommendations (setbacks, drainage lines, contouring) so planning and construction start on a solid technical base.
Survey & Site Analysis
End-to-end architectural and landscape design: concept sketches, schematic designs, detailed working drawings, 3D visualizations, and construction documents. Master planning for residential, commercial, institutional and resort projects, layout optimization, planting plans and material schedules — produced by our in-house design team.
DESIGNING & PLANNING
Vastu assessments and recommendations integrated into the design and planning process (residential, commercial, institutional). Services include orientation and room-placement guidance, element-balancing, and Vastu-based planting/layout suggestions to harmonize energy flow across indoor and outdoor spaces.
VASTU CONSULTATION
Residential and commercial interiors: space planning, FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment), material/spec selection, custom joinery, lighting design and turnkey fit-out services for polished, functional interiors. Delivered in coordination with construction and supply for smooth handover.
INTERIOR DESIGN &
FIT-OUT
Complete construction delivery from foundation to finish: structural works, civil, masonry, plaster, finishes, facade works and specialized builds. Capable of complex site-specific works (on slopes, near waterbodies, elevated platforms) delivered with schedule and budget controls.
CONSTRUCTION (GENERAL & SPECIALIZED)
Complete landscape services: concept and detailed planting plans, softscape installation (lawns, beds, trees, shrubs), terrace & balcony gardens, vertical gardens, Miyawaki micro-forests, pathways, hardscape works, and irrigation systems. Supply of grasses, shrubs, herbs, ornamental/exotic and native plants, turf, soil mixes, mulches, pots and planting accessories. We handle procurement, delivery and planting to match your design and microclimate.
LANDSCAPING - GARDENING, GREEN INFRASTRUCTURE & SUPPLIES
Design and build private and commercial pools (natural-style, infinity, tiled), full pool-plant room and filtration systems, professional waterproofing, and landscaping integration for decks and water features. Options across budget-to-luxury specifications.
SWIMMING POOL CONSTRUCTION
Design and construct ecological ponds and natural-style waterfalls: soil/liner systems, natural filtration, recirculation pumps, native aquatic planting, fish and habitat considerations, stonework and integration with surrounding landscape. Focus on sustainable, low-maintenance ecosystems and visual appeal.
NATURAL POND & WATERFALL MAKING
Comprehensive project management including budgeting, procurement management, quality checks, scheduling, statutory compliance support, progress reporting and site supervision. Additionally we provide management-of-place services — marketing, billing, workflow management and operational set-up to help your place run smoothly after handover.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Post-construction packages: garden and landscape maintenance (monthly/annual), building upkeep, seasonal pruning, pest & nutrient programs, servicing of fountains/pools and general repairs. Offered as recurring contracts tailored to site needs and budgets.
COMPLETE MAINTENANCE & FACILITY MANAGEMENT
Supply and fitment of lighting fixtures, electricals and other amenities—plus home/commercial appliances such as TVs, refrigerators, fans, air conditioners, geysers, and small electrics. We coordinate sourcing, logistics, installation and basic commissioning to complete fitouts and finishes.

End-to-end temple projects: architectural design, traditional stone/carving procurement, vendor-managed fabrication, on-site assembly, and ritual-compliant detailing. Delivered through experienced craftsmen and coordinated installation.

SCULPTURE MAKING & CUSTOM ARTWORKS
In-house and partnered artisans create custom sculptures and site-specific art in a variety of materials—decorative focal pieces, large outdoor installations, carved stone works and bespoke metal art. We manage design, fabrication and installation.
Custom indoor and outdoor fountains, water walls, reflective pools and kinetic water features: conceptual design, fabrication, pumps and plumbing, lighting and finish work. Options for decorative, sculptural and landscape-integrated water features.
FOUNTAINS & WATER FEATURE SUPPLY & CONSTRUCTION
Supply and installation of children’s playground equipment (safety-certified) and durable outdoor/indoor gym equipment for parks, schools, housing societies and clubs. Service includes equipment selection, surfacing, anchoring and installation supervision.
PLAYGROUND & GYM EQUIPMENTS (INDOOR & OUTDOOR)
Design and implementation of commercial-scale eco farming using modern, natural methods: organic & regenerative farming, permaculture design, drip and precision irrigation, hydroponics, aquaponics, vertical farming, vermicompost and biofertilizers, integrated pest management and soil health programs.
